Terms of service

Provider: Webspesialisten AS, Norway. These terms apply to business customers. The Norwegian version prevails in case of conflict.

The service

WP24 is managed WordPress hosting. Your plan determines the number of WordPress installations in production and the storage space. Dev and staging copies are included as long as total storage stays within the quota.

Price and payment

Prices are per month excluding VAT and are invoiced in advance. Extra storage and installations are invoiced according to the current price list.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content of your websites, for the plugins and themes you install, and for lawful use. The service may not be used for spam, malware, phishing or attacks on others.

Backups

We take daily backups according to the retention rules described on this website. Backups are a safety net and do not relieve you of keeping your own copies of important content.

Termination

You can cancel your account in the control panel or by contacting us. After cancellation, websites and backups are deleted after 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
