Pricing questions

What counts as an installation?

An installation is a WordPress website in production. Dev and staging copies of your sites do not count as installations – they are free as long as you stay within your storage quota.

What happens if I run out of storage?

You are notified in the control panel before the quota is used up. You can buy extra storage from €7 per 10 GB, or clean up old copies.

Are backups and security included?

Yes, in every plan: daily encrypted backups (30 daily and 12 monthly), a backup before every update, malware scanning, geo-blocking, fail2ban and password protection.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade whenever you like, and your websites stay exactly as they are.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are per month excluding VAT. VAT is added according to the rules for your country and whether you are a business.
