How much does migration cost?
Nothing. Migration is included in every plan, both when you use the plugin yourself and when we do the work for you.
Will my website be down during the move?
No. The old website stays unchanged while we create a copy at WP24. You check the copy on a temporary address and only move the domain when everything is ready.
What gets moved?
The entire WordPress website: posts, pages, images and files, themes, plugins, users and settings. We install the same WordPress version, update the addresses in the database and scan the site for malware.
Does it work with online shops?
Yes, including WooCommerce. For shops we recommend agreeing on a time, so no orders arrive on the old server after the copy is taken.
What about email on my domain?
Email is not affected if you only change the A record for the website. We’re happy to help with DNS if you’re unsure.
What if something goes wrong?
